Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all necessary equipment. Convenient location near the esplanade and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hassle-free check-in and check-out process even outside reception hours. Enjoyed the pool area. Will consider staying here again in the future.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful in helping us to decide on what to do and where to go in Cairns. Told us about the best places to eat etc. Plus we liked how close it was to the esplanade and it was not too far from the city we walked it a few times.

All of the immenities in the apartment. There was a great kitchen and everything we needed. Even a blow dryer was available. Rooms were very clean. Nice to stay at. Hotel manager was very helpful.

Unfortunately the neighbouring hotel had some very unpleasant customers who ended up screaming obsenities during the early evening. This was loud enough that my children heard way more foul language than was ever acceptable. The hotel manager called the police but they never responded. Too bad because otherwise we had a very good stay.

Wonderful poolside apartment with great value for families. The kids absolutely loved it! We had separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and even in-suite laundry. The pool was right next to us, which was perfect for the kids to enjoy. It was a fantastic family experience overall, definitely recommended.

We had a lovely apartment on the ground floor with a great kitchen and nice furnishings.The manager Gary and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us information about area attractions activities and helped make all the bookings for us.

It's about 20 minutes from the middle of the Cairns Esplanade area and the larger grocrey store is there as well. If you don't have a car it's a chore to haul all the bags so far. However there is a convenience store a block from the aparment complex for basics.

We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the apartment, but overall our stay at Reef Gateway Apartments was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was centrally located and provided a great room for our family. The noise from the main road was not a problem when the doors and windows were closed. The quick access to the hospital was a plus for us and there were plenty of places within walking distance. We would definitely consider staying here again. we recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.

This place is perfect for visiting muddy's playground, and it definitely deserves four stars from us.

The hospital bus stop was conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Our apartment was overlooking the pool and the view was very inviting. It was a shame that it wasn't warmer when we visited because I would of loved a swim in the pool and lay back and enjoy the surroundings with a good book. The bbq area was well equiped. My husband loved that there was a local pub close by with good beer - beez neez. And good meals.

I expected the rooms to be serviced. Didn't like drinking out of plastic tumblers. Floors were dirty & didn't appreciate the rules and regulations being told to take the rubbish out and leave the rooms as clean as when we moved in.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and only a ten-minute stroll to the bustling city center. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a comfortable sitting area. We were impressed by the attentive and friendly staff, who were always available to assist us with any queries or requests we had. The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool and a BBQ area, where we enjoyed delicious meals in a relaxed setting. we were extremely pleased with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The apartment was well equipped, clean with plenty of room.

The only downside was that it is very noisy. The bedroom was over the car park and our sleep was quite disturbed with comings and goings in the car park including some young people who decided to sleep in their camper van in the car park. I also found the manager who signed me in a little abrupt.

Walking distance to Esplanade, nearby dining options, nice pool area with BBQ facility, well-equipped kitchen and toiletries provided.

For us it was ideal.

The staff is really friendly and helpfull. You can book all the tours directly from the reception. The one bedroom apartment was confortable and quite clean. 10/20 minutes walk distance to the cbd.

There was just one fry-pan with the teflon gone: not the best to cook.
